Whenever possible, please contact the practice during regular hours. If you think you need to be seen on the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as possible. We shall do our best to arrange the appointment as soon as we can.

We want you to be happy with the treatment you receive. If you are not, for any reason,  please contact us to discuss it. If you are still not satisfied we have a dedicated complaints procedure that we can send you. If you are  unhappy with the outcome of this procedure, then you can complain to:

Friday 8.30am to 12.45pm
Between 12.45pm and 2pm the practice is closed for lunch.
